Certainly looks like a lot of upside. Wonder what the sellers are thinking? The IPO is intended but not completed so I guess that's the risk. I guess there are a lot of long suffering holders out there with little faith in management but seems strange to see the price stall at this level given the valuation implied by the announcement..
I bought in a few months ago and then bought more on open at 95 and at 114.
