    Remember that today's raise* has no impact on Findi number of shares, as it is done by TSI India (owned at 90 % by Findi, before any IPO).
    According to my calculation, Findi market cap is 66 m AUD (at 1.20 $ per share) after exercise of options to expire in Jan 24.

    * for now, just a debt.
