What I found very unusual was the broker that did the raise a couple years ago sent out not 1 but 2 emails saying FND has now doubled from the price we raised at if you'd like to sell and free up some cash.
I've never seen that before and I've had stocks go up many multiples of the raise price. That was an indication for me to buy more! Sounded like they wanted more supply on market.
