I strongly believe there will be another deal to bring in another partner into TSI.
$37mil for another 16% stake will send this stock firmly into $3+ sp and valuing TSI at $190mil.
Then when it is listed, usually it should be valued at more than what Primaral values it when it signed the deal. In other words, it could be IPOed at around $250mil?
First few weeks after IPO, it should increase higher, anywhere 20% to 100%, potentially valuing TSI at up to $300mil-$500mil.
Are we gping to see another partner soon?
