For those long termers all this and more was on the table and Jeff and Digby wouldn't touch it. TSI India already was heading this way back then and only if that board at the time had the foresight. To have done this and more with our 140m undiluted unconsolidated shares on issue, with no option overhang and our $20m in the bank back then would have been a great deal for those holders. It was why Doc and I at the time tried to roll the board and back Mohnish and Deepak. Big congrats to Mohnish and Deepak on seeing it through.
