The SoM will be open pit.
This is the current proposed open pit mine layout for SoM.
Dean has previously mentioned the large excavators etc for dig out.
As MINEfield's 'friend' says.... grade control is critical as always but more so with nuggety gold.
Drilling is also planned to test SoM underground potential.
