DREs problem is shared by a majority of junior explorers. There is simlply no interest in this area at present.
My carefully compiled watch list contains around 30 exploration stocks with what i consider to be significant potential. Of those 30 only one is up over 300 % in the past 6 months, its very low market cap and very few shares on issue and its gold discovery make it tightly held and hard to buy into.
DRE as we all know has over 4 billion shares on issue and is easy to manipulate requiring only one additional share on the sell side to drop it one pip.
Personally i have no interest in the seminar yes i respect DT however until DRE becomes a gold producer and revenue begins to flow and additional and significant high grade ounces are discovered we will go no where. Following that the 4 billion shares on issue problem needs to be dealt with either consolidation and or buyback or combination of both.
Change in market sentiment, significant additional high grade gold added to the ledger and dealing with the 4+ billion share problem will i believe see a re rate.
My buy order will go in tomorrow as i intend to double my holding but my expectations will remain subdued given the current environment. $6000 Dollar gold by years end never say never.
