Not being rude, but maybe do some searching via google for answers.
To me, and reading this report, if niobium is within pegamitites there is a much greater and higher assurity that higher grade niobium and other REEs are within this structure, compared to carbonatite rock, therefore confirming its location.
Given the area, there seems to be a fair bit of different rocks within the ground as they have mentioned uranium and thorium.
But please let us know what Jeremy says if he replies.
