Hi Rob,
No, no, i read it as great news, and that its in the pegmatite rock, not the carbonite rock, therefore by my understanding, is a greater chance of high grade niobium within the pegamatite instead of carbonate rock.
Pegamitite = good, carbonatite = not as good.
