    I’m guessing this has to be the new way forward in Mali now. New permits in new areas will have to be via a newly established entity so that the Mali Govt can take its equity cut as per new requirement? The alternative would be the Mali Govt getting entitlement to 10+10 in the FFX mothership which predates the requirement so would be unfairly retrospective.
