This sounds like a reasonable objection Tobias. The question I have is how well founded the argument could be put that this announcement arises from a final assessment of all data. If indeed the decision to cease made at Christmas was informed by this data then they may have withheld relevant data. On the other hand how could the decision at Christmas have been made absent this data and if so isn't this simply negligent mismanagement? I look forward to interpretations.
