Yeah my offer was signed and delivered in a contract 2 mths ago .. I’m not sure what’s going on .. something fishy that’s for sure , I think it’s more the agent than the seller and dragging it out for a better offer somewhere else .. write up until the contract expiry .. end of this month , settlement 2 weeks later … I’m peed off about the whole deal .. because maybe I would of done things different had i known 2 mths ago the deal was a sure thing ….as I’m yet to even being asked for the deposit … I’ll be asking for an extension on settlement date seeings they have left me in Limbo for near on 3 mths come July 15 … I’m not sure about the legalities of it all …. Imagine if I’d sold my house to fund it , just because the agent said .. nah it’s all good where just waiting on that final signature and then he pulls the rug from underneath me and sells it to someone else … Car Salesmen & Real Estate agents are shonky as shite!
