Having done my research I am very confident, happy to discuss the details with you, what are your specific concerns (not a Doctor so can not help with gut feelings).Personally, if its December 31 2022 or January 13 2023, not concerned, its ramping upto nameplate capacity that is important. With that in 2023, that is where the contingency can be utilised or more importantly where the $$s come from.
