Well @MongooseMayhem, I'm not sure if there is a recognised competitor. One of the reasons I have recently bought in to RCE is that there is no standard regimen for burns, so a product that could slot in as standard of care would have an enormous market.
In the billions -- if it could solve the problem of the bugs that live on the skin (like staph a., as in MRSA) having a lot of resistance to the standard first and second line antibiotics.
