Great work management, as I have said all alone, do nothing for three years get SP down low and buy out the company for peanuts. You are seriously deluded if you think this is great news for us retail suckers.
Why wouldnt they pay the amounts earlier to acquire 18%? Mmmmmmmm about a few mill diff maybe??, Thats a lot to a company that gave penny pinching a new meaning.
