    Just sat back and rad the announcement ... re-reading the JV deal. Its quite stunning really!!

    $52 mill up front
    Another $132 mill in staged payments
    WISCO also to fund first $75mill of exploration
    WISCO to arrange project finance

    Win/Win!!

    And the beauty is that this is just a "side" project of theirs!!!!
