Yes, I always thought they would get this passed by the FIRB because of Gina's involvement....they don't spend this much money without covering as many Chess Plays as possible....
We STILL have a good chance, IMHO.

It's FUNNY(not) how, immediately after all the ring around yesterday, ( to find out how a lot of ordinary SHs will vote and their reasons) that this FIRB announcement comes out!
Along with the impassioned statement that The BOD will unanimously support the SCHEME! (yeah Scheme amoungst themselves)
