Bluntly - 10% dilution, big discount and extra options plus expense of issue is not a good result for holders. I expected better terms than these considering prospects . If this doesn't bring forward expansion and scale of sales it really is a poor deal for existing holders IMO. I see it from FRE side that need $ to expand and promote but bitter short term pill for holders to take and simply broader market is not valuing FRE forward possible sales knowing how hard it is to break into market . quarterly and year end account will show how close to out of cash they are and only saviour to justify dilution is for a serious change in market perception and sales actually hitting bottom line. Worst part is if they had great sales you would think they would announce such so there is upward momentum and higher issue price but they haven't so you have to make own assumptions IMO
