    What do you see as the way forward for the company if the conciliation process doesn't yield any favorable result or clear path toward approval after P3 results?

    Would focus switch to other markets? It would seem like the market opportunity of Australia compared to Europe would be a fraction anyway.

    Also, this may be in existing company documents but not that I could see with some research but is the US market something that will be of focus in 2024?
