Looking back over previous updates to production guidance, these were typically released 1-2 weeks, after the completion of quarter prior to the release of the quarterly report. The timing of this Trading Halt for production guidance was strange. Also looking at the Trading Halt announcement it was said to be authorized by Mike Anderson. I would have thought that this would have needed to be authorized by the BoD or Chair at least. Maybe this is what led to the resignations of the 2 NED's. They may have thought that MA had overstepped his authority, and this led to the board spill after the Trading Halt announcement was made.
