MA when taking the job said he was done being a MD but this was an exciting project. Most likely when the excitement wore off he has realised that his initial feelings of not wanting to be a MD resurfaced . We have all been there accepted the promotion only to realise how much we liked our old position. There's the operational update gone . Let's home the guidance is positive and we can move on.
