The only question that needs to be answered, Is the grade control there or not? If the throughput is not producing, which I suspect will be the issue, everything else is irrelevant. Nobody cares about predictions, the actuals are all that matters and if the actuals don't add up then the whole project needs a review before any CR or other funding is requested.
