I was not the biggest fan for this CR, but at least it was done and we are cashed up for future exciting operations.

The circumstance changed quickly, and now it seemed alright to me. As it willnot as easy to do that under the current market condition (which is just about one month later), the amount of discount for placement or the level of interest rate (if we proceed with debt) will be a lot higher to source this $100m and CR @ 67c per share will be almost impossible right now.

Of course, with hindsight, you may argue there was / will be better chances to do CR at a even better term - but that's indeed the million question for a volatile market like this, as hardly anyone could time everything perfectly and consistently.

As I am not a prophet, I chose to do my own research instead, and personally decide to hold tight.
