The share price has rallied strongly hence we feel justified to dilute medium-sized owners and long term backers to buggary since coming into management. The recent rally in share price has enabled us to line our mates pockets (5% capital raising fees) allow them to rinse-repeat-rinse and repeat again whilst we enjoy overly inflated salaries and free share. We will continue to ride the back of a lithium bull run owning an asset that was never focus but we pivot. By the way our mates now enjoy an outsized portion of future LLL shares on us for coming in now so thank you

ps. we also significantly underestimated capex required when we completed DD to acquire morilla so under the guise of 'accelerating' production we need more capital.
