We didn't let the share price find its equilibrium, after the good news from the DFS.
It would have easily risen close to $1 based on the DFS.
Then a discount from $1 would have been less dilutive against existing holders.
Instead, our board jumped too early.
The only beneficiaries from this raise (IMHO) are the institutions.
