This comes across as they agreed to GCY not having a termination clause as a part of the agreement.
If this is the case, why didn't GCY BOD come out and state they could not legally terminate from their side, and therefore WGX offer is dead in the water over a month ago. Instead, they preferred to see the share price rocket from 31c to 48c, probably patting themselves on the back with the rise due to the value add from their FFR deal! Back to 31c we go
Selling on open this morning, was a good run and still up from 31c, commisserations to everyone who bought in the last month though.
