Being an FFR holder, I can see how the GCY crew are angry with the SID. I think some errors were made, but I really think that GCY will do better as a stand-alone business rather than being sucked up by the likes of WGX.
There's a really important piece that hasn't been highlighted by anyone yet and that's the MD of FFR coming onto the GCY board - Simon Lawson. He's done some great work for the FFR holders in the past 12 months, but the real test now is guiding GCY.
He has a decent resume.
The man knows gold, he knows how to mine it and he know everyone.
Don't under-estimate what he could do to this business.
