This announcement refers to 'to establish Green Bay as major project with world-scale copper production'.
Many punters thought, me included, that this was a drill, build resources sell play.
It appears that the Board has concluded there is even more money to be made by being a producer.
A very interesting development and one that seems incredibly smart. Port access is a must if you want to produce.
