The selling approach is definitely still front and centre here. Establishing prime infrastructure access is absolutely necessary for a tier 1 project. The big boys looking for projects will pay premiums for this type of work, because they don't have to think about doing it themselves. Very smart approach. Sell it as a mine, not just a deposit.
