Looks like a decent pick-up and will save a longer distance haulage of copper concentrates, from what I can tell this Port was established by Anaconda and is adjacent to their Pine Cove mill and Point Rousse gold mine, now whats all that port infrastructure for then? I can only assume as part of the construction process for Point Rousse, and apparently now Anaconda are now exporting waste rock - and this is certainly what it looks like with all the crushing and conveyor infrastructure near the wharf picture below:
