Not really sure of the finer details of why they have accepted this deal AP, but from my calculations the project is currently valued at 80 million, therefore the SP should be (obviously not the case) 2.5c.
That is prior to getting black gold from the ground...
IMO / DYOR - cheap stock ATM.
