It's not about whats there or not. It's about how a company conducts itself in accomplishing it's goals and so far, it's been nothing but a dog for all it's investors, new management or not.
The raise should've been completed at 8c when it jumped to 10+ to at least cater for a full financial year.
The shmucks currently running this are as bad, if not worse than previous management until they prove otherwise - they're on exactly the same track with hindsight on their side.
