This also interests me. Given approx 550m shares yet to be allotted at 4c, assuming share price stays at where it is today, you would be mistaken not to sell immediately and make 30-40% profit.
Most likely share price will drift closer to 4 cents, but as for why the share price did not hit it upon release on suspension is a mystery with near 50% premium to the capital raise price.
