These are listed options. And they are issued free with the shares in the CR.
What that means is..anyone who got the CR shares at 2.5 cents, gets 1 free attaching option for each 2 shares they applied for..
Given these options will be listed, They can be sold immediately at market price of the options..currently half a cent.
