of course it won't and statistically it will likely go below the raise price but imo this is a genuine re-rating (albeit probably kicked along by the broker)
it currently ticks the boxes for a genuine greenfields discovery and theses sorts of stories always raise money on the way up to execute significant drilling campaigns
