    With AGC closing at 0.39 today and more upside by the look of things MAG should be well and truly funded now.

    5,637,594 x 0.39 = $2,198,662 + $2,500,000 (raise after fees) + $4.03M (Cash balance as at 31 March) = $8,000,000 (or so) to play with.
