I think the announcement on the tender win would have had to be announced under price sensitive and material to continuos disclosure.
Once the tender is awarded it has then got to be stamped ( an in India that would be a process, remember the British public service gifted them bureaucracy and they perfected it) and then the existing incumbent stock has to be worked through .
For those of us who have been invested for a long time well remember how long it took to get traction in orders in Australia and the US. Glad I kept the faith.
