In response to Lopez's post:----
I note that it is true that Bell Potter's recent "research" on PNV says in part:---
"The company continue to talk up new markets in India and China, however, the ASP is
likely to represent a significant challenge in these markets and for this reason, it is unlikely
these will become a material revenues stream."
I understand ASP means "average selling price". but I thought that it has been mentioned previously that measures were being taken to enable a cheaper product without losing significant gross margin for these markets .... such as making smaller standard-sized product pieces as part of our product range.
If the establishment costs for the local Indian sales effort are already written off, up to end March anyway, and when deliveries start to happen for the tenders won and any other sales (if they haven't already started) aren't we going to benefit big-time?
Are we justified in regarding BP's research as just plain wrong?
What do others here think about this?
