It is UNDER TRANSPORTED COVER......dirt that has moved to the region through flood, erosion and tectonic movements. That's right, the vast majority of their gold isn't in transported cover, it's locked in the rock under that.

Approx 50% of the ground tested with these results for CNB (as per the ann) is merely dirt that has come into the area from somewhere else (this is the meaning of 'transported cover'). It has been mixed up with gravels that hold no gold.....it's basically 'natures spoil'.

Any gold found in this cover is used to develop a map by which they will track the origin of the gold.....then they drill this area with the more expensive diamond drills that allow us to go deeper and get better sample of the ground that actually holds the gold.....UNDER the transported cover.

From memory DEG's gold is under 25-35m of transported cover.....this effectively means it is 'downhill' of CNB tenements transported cover (CNB is under 15m of cover). Anyone who has prospected themselves knows that this means DEGs transported cover will hold more gold than CNB's....gold is heavy, over millions of years it will go 'downhill'. You can actually see this by looking at some of the historic drill results noted in the Ann that are toward DEG's tenements, aka 'downhill'....gold grades are higher.

That last paragraph sounded like downramping right?
Am i saying DEG has more gold because it has gone 'downhill' to their tenement......nope, not at all, actually it is the complete opposite......the fact we have found any gold in the transported cover on our 'uphill' tenement means we have gold....and probably plenty of it as gravity means it should have travelled away from our land down the hill to DEG.

IMO - these are VERY promising results that have got me excited for what we will find in that rock under the cover.

This is all very nice sounding, but if the gold is at lower depth, why did they bother with a shallow aircore drill campaign?
