It would apprear that the 4% 10 yr bond rate that has been neared in recent days is just too low for fund managers to accept for their clients.
The 2 year rate is around 2%.
At this stage it appears the US equity market is seen as the better growth alternative.With the prospect of the 2 year rate being lowered to 1.75% in the next month this appears to be justification to see a sound upward rally to years end. If the current series of higher lows continues a sustainable rally is a strong chance.
As they say you shouldnt fight the Fed.
