    Under the agreement the total number of shares to be issued, subject to conditions being satisfied, is 10 million shares. It is NOT 150m shares.

    And these may be issued right up to 2022.

    Please consider carefully what you write and say - the newbies might be having a coronary?

    I am waiting to hop on board - this co has a lot more than just "heart monitors" and they - in my opinion - are worth a hell of a lot more. Just do your research properly!!
