here we go again, the cap is set at 1000 bopd, source AP AGM, TANKERS 5or6 source AP agm, how many times with the ramping. no matter how much you wish it or say it the top level when left on to produce will be 1000. Santiago at full bore up the road is 4500 I mean, really? the entire output of Cuba is 45k per day. Markets markets markets!!. Cuba will need to become a net exporter in what time frame?
