there has been no substantial holder notice indicating 5% breached on up or down side, so assume is just a trader. Perhaps someone doesn't want any new shares issued, or perhaps someone has a large sell order in with limits.

I know in another stock of a major holder who entered into an agreement not to sell more than 5% of daily-volume each day. His order on that stock has already been in the market over 8 months and is likely to last another 12 months until he is out.

I think this announcement will be good. Unlike 4C etc they can make forward looking statements and indications of how the business is going. They can also hold results meetings with analysts where they can go in-depth into the prospects of the business and how their forward-book looks.

As they recently did a roadshow with institutions (where they could not talk about revenues etc prior to results - they can now go to the same institutions and talk openly.
