I can tell you for certainty that it is not the ADF for domestic applications. They do not include "rogue" drones in their threat assessments or as a "threat vector" for domestic base operations. that and the math wouldn't stack up...even if you have a drone laden with cemtex fly onto or near a base the likelihood would be considered low and the impact limited to a specific geo which wouldn't disrupt long term operations or capability at the cost of 250K a year to mitigate, not gonna happen....Possible deployable model for base operations overseas but again that would require some very forward thinking defence beauracrats and the introduction into service process is looooooonnnnnggg and slow. If it was an Australian government buyer it would likely be the AFP/ State police for VIP protection/Summit Security. Alternatively, a prison as drones carrying drugs are a massive pain in the arse from what i'm told.
