Concrete batchers make concrete, bridge builders and road builders in the US build bridges and roads using concrete that is bought from a concrete batcher, they don't make their own concrete in general, their forte' is using concrete to build, they order it in to a specific recipe, they would tell the cement company to supply XXX meters of concrete with a slump factor of Y and we want stone dust in that as well and use aggregate size x.
All of the cement manufacturers would basically supply the same products, if one of them could get an edge on their competitors by having concrete that is stronger and more flexible? then they will get market share and quickly, that will force other companies to adopt the Eden technology, so it would be far better to not give any company long term exclusive rights, maybe a year or so with the proviso that they supply all of the concrete demanded by the bridge or road builders, if they can't they use exclusivity, that could mean that they have to expand very quickly, unless they are already a large company like Cemex maybe?
