i would say that the CR was for these trials as they probably will cost a bit and they as we all know have no working cash. Damned if they do damned if they dont, people would have complained either way, its good to see that the trials are actually going ahead, can they make some serious cash from it?
I too wasn't stocked about a CR, how ever with UKOOG stuffing us round and oil prices plummeting we all knew it was pretty much a certainty. I would have been more annoyed had they just said " trials to start soon".
At least they can now build a bridge for us so we can get over it, a CNT reinforced bridge at that
