    More specifically are you referring to the small size of the blast and maybe was there any need to blast anyway as it looks free dig.
    Or is it that they should have pumped all water out of the pit to make it easier to work .
    Or leaving trees near the initial mining that should have been cleared prior to mining .
    Or could have made the centers further apart to save amount of AMFO/emulsion used so less overbreak that will dilute the ore , could also have the footprint for blasting larger with same amount of AMFO by having wider drill spacings
    Guess next blast they can make changes needed
