Word conservative used for a reason... Do you know the various ups and downs for the coal type macerals, sulphur content (I don't)? Bluff FOB price estimated as A$136/t from a study - do you think this will be 100% bang on (I don't), annual production of 0.8Mtpa (plus or minus what).
A conservative price has been used as it is the simplest, most concise way of putting forward an estimate for EBITDA. Also, my quick calc is based on annual production, do you expect the PLV PCI price to be US$312/t for the 12 month period from end of Q1 (I don't)? All reasons to consider a conservative base. It is highly likely that actual EBITDA will fall somewhere between the extremely large range of A$24M - A$171M I have provided...
