It puzzles me why TFS didn't offer the option to pay the growers...

    It puzzles me why TFS didn't offer the option to pay the growers in TFS shares @ 1.55. That would meet the buyout objective for TFS as well as giving growers the option of remaining exposed to the harvest (and everything else that is TFS). Net result financially no different to TFS but would probably encourage more growers to sell to TFS?
