I just wanted to let you know I did get a reply from Roby after my question regarding Cannepil prior to Christmas.
MXC need to comply both with TGA & ASX legislation, so having to work between the two entities. They cannot be seen to be promoting Cannepil in any way to patients, nor giving advice of where to access it being an investigational medication & have been advised that the minimum data is to be given. So that Cannepil is now in Australia & available & that it has passed all regulatory & validation standards. They cannot comment on the amount shipped. We will know from Quarterlies as to revenue. They want to avoid any speculation on this also. It is good news for us & a big step in the right direction.
I am satisfied with this explanation & reply. I did point out though that investor relations are very important & the timing of this ANN & shipment, you need to have someone available to answer investor queries & even diverting the phone for that morning of trading may have been a good idea. I have not asked for much as a SH & it has been a rather arduous year for us. Investor Relations are a very important part of any Publicly Listed Company. Brett had replied to me later in the day. I think that I let my own frustration build & have apologised for this. It’s very unlike me, but I will say that good customer service is very important & it goes both ways with loyal share holders. Especially what we have been through this year.
Here’s hoping 2019 will be much better. We have news to come, but I didn’t bother asking anymore questions regarding Cognicann trials, MGC Derma & Cannaglobal, because it will all be price sensitive information anyway. GLTAH
